First step in a fresh new direction for Offerpad’s email campaigns delivered to Agents, potential home buyers and sellers. Layout was approached with a friendly open tone and feel using hand drawn elements, softer tints of brand colors, staggered elements and a dimensional CTA. Stock photos used as FPO and were updated with original custom photoshoot content once approved for send.

2022 Homepage update. This is a 180 degree change from the boring standard real estate iBuyer sites. Offerpad stands out from the crowd with a customer focused tone and friendly approachable site.
SO FRESH: An enjoyable collaborative project that kicked off the brand update. Original photography and doodles throughout add unique flair.
STATS: With new tone and voice, along with new photography and graphics the site saw a 6% lift in CTR.

Tasked with adding a new look to Leslie’s typically color blocked emails. Simplify messaging and showcase the promotional offers. Lifestyle hero image search and copy writing skills were an essential part of the feel. Tone of voice is lighter and with a splash of fun in the headline and callouts.
